My stay at Arart Hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location was fantastic—just a short walk to Taksim Square and surrounded by local cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with recommendations. However, the room felt cramped, and the breakfast offerings were disappointing and lacked variety. Overall, while the atmosphere was charming and cozy, I felt it didn't fully meet my expectations given the ratings.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was compact, clean, and maintained daily, but it was definitely on the smaller side, which made it challenging for two people with luggage. The bathroom situation was less than ideal too, as the drainage was poor, leading to water seeping onto the floor after every shower.
Service
8.0
The staff were a highlight of my trip. They were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to provide personalized service, helping us with local transportation and tips for sightseeing. It made the experience much more enjoyable despite the other shortcomings.
Location

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It was right in the center, very close to Taksim Square and easy access to public transport. I loved being able to explore the area on foot, which gave me a real taste of the local culture and vibe.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was one of the downsides of my stay. It was quite basic, with limited choices, and often felt inadequate compared to what I expected from a hotel of this standing. The quality of the food wasn’t anything to write home about.
Facilities

The absence of an elevator was tough, especially with heavy luggage, and some basic amenities like a refrigerator could have been better maintained. However, the daily towel changes and cleanliness of the room were definite positives.

I had a mixed experience at Arart Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Taksim Square, which I loved. However, the small room and absence of a proper reception made things a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was also pretty basic, lacking variety, though I enjoyed the homemade omelets. Overall, it’s a decent place for budget travelers, but not without its flaws.

No elevator made it tough with luggage, especially up to my room. Also, the overall amenities were basic, which might not work for everyone.

However, the room was a bit cramped, and there was no lift, making it challenging to carry luggage. The breakfast was simple but fresh, featuring a lovely homemade omelet. Overall, it’s good value for the price, but some aspects of the stay could be improved.
